Earlier on July 25, Vysotsky told about plans to reinforce BSF with 3 frigates and 3 diesel subs. At present, Admiralteyskie Verfi shipyard ( United Shipbuilding Corporation ) builds the first Project 636 submarine meant for BSF.
President of United Shipbuilding Corporation Roman Trotsenko said RUR 3-4 trillions would be appropriated for arms procurement up to 2020. About 15-20 percent of annual spendings is provided for the Navy.
