Lockheed Martin, Space Systems Co., Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $19,728,500 unpriced letter contract to provide for Long Lead Material (LLM) required for the fiscal year 2012 follow-on production of the TRIDENT II (D5) Missile System. The contractor shall provide long lead material and the labor, planning, and scheduling necessary to support the schedule.
Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif., and various yet to be determine locations, and the work is expected to be completed September 2016. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-12-C-0100).
