Contracts of State Defense Order 2011 for construction of Borei and Yasen class nuclear-powered submarines have not been signed so far, said deputy defense minister Alexander Sukhorukov at the press conference on Oct 11.
“ Contracts are still not signed. The reason is imperfect pricing system in Russia. As a matter of fact, it is only being formed” , Sukhorukov said.
As for him, disagreement on price between defense ministry and United Shipbuilding Corporation numbers in tens of billions.
