In accordance with defense ministry’s international cooperation program, delegation of Russian Navy command will visit Renee, Denmark in Jan 25-26 to attend planning conference of the Baltic SAREX 2012 joint search and rescue exercise.
The exercise will take place near Bornholm Island in May 7-12, 2012.
It is planned that Baltic Fleet (BF) rescue ship SB-921 would participate in the exercise; in particular, rescuing people at sea and on life saving equipment.
The participants will discuss organizational issues and determine the exercise goals and tasks.
