Chief Security Advisor to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr. Abraham Mathai and his team visited the Naval Dockyard in Trincomalee on 24 th July 2013.

They called on Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Rohan Amarasinghe and held cordial discussions on a range of topics which were of mutual interests. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
