Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) has been awarded a cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide world class modeling and simulation services in support of the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) Assessment Division (N81).
The services are for systems engineering, model development and research, model modification and improvements, and model testing, transition, and demonstration support. The models support OPNAV in the areas of warfighting, manpower, and fleet readiness.

SPA will prime the contract with five sub-contractors: Sonalysts, Inc., Concept Analysis and Integration LLC (CAI), Innovative Decisions, Inc., ProModel Corporation, and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
