The Indian Navy ship INS Talwar collided yesterday evening with a fishing trawler near Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, according to the Indian Express.
The trawler suffered serious damage and sank after the collision. Four persons aboard the fishing vessel were injured.
A Board of Inquiry, which has been appointed by the Navy, will investigate the reasons that caused the accident.
This is the fourth incident in the Indian Navy this year.
