Raytheon has secured an $80.5 million contract modification for the procurement of 200 full rate production Lot 10 AGM-154C-1 Joint Standoff Weapons (JSOWs)for the United States Navy.
In addition, the contract provides for associated support equipment and one performance characterization test.
JSOW is an interoperable air-to-ground weapon system that employs an integrated GPS-inertial navigation system and terminal imaging infrared seeker, aimed at ensuring an advanced anti-surface warfare solution on the F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft.
