Mississippi based company, L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC, has received a USD 13.7 million modification to a previously awarded aircraft maintenance contract.
L-3 will exercise an option for organizational, selected intermediate and limited depot level maintenance for F-16, F-18, H-60 and E-2C aircraft. The adversary squadrons located at Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nev, operate the aircraft.
L-3 Systems Field Support (SFS) provides support services to the U.S. Department of Defence (DoD), U.S. Government agencies, and foreign governments around the world.
The work will be performed in Fallon, Nev. and is expected to be completed by October 2014.
