The US Navy’s Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship, USNS Cesar Chavez, hull number (T-AKE 14) delivers fuel to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) at night during an underway replenishment on April 3rd in the Pacific Ocean.
This replenishment was the first for USS Frank Cable in last ten years.
