Pakistan Navy’s frigate “Zulfiquar” visited the Port of Trincomalee on March 3, 2015.
Zulfiquar, a 123 meters long vessel carrying 303 personnel, stayed in the post for three days.
The ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions on her arrival.
The ship’s Commanding Officer Captain Amir Mahmood called on the Commander Eastern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Rohana Perera at the Eastern Naval Command Headquarters. They held cordial discussions and exchanged mementos as a gesture of goodwill.
