USS Laboon Carries Out Live-Fire Exercise

US Navy’s Arleigh-Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Laboon (DDG 58) recently conducted a live-fire exercise. The vessel fired its MK 45 5-inch gun while it was sailing in the Atlantic Ocean on March 7.

Laboon is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
