Royal Navy patrol boat HMS Smiter will arrive at the Poole Harbour Boat Show at approximately 6pm on Friday, May 8 for a three-day visit.
Berthing at A2 – A4, HMS Smiter will be open to the public on Saturday, May 9 from 9.30am until 5pm with last entry at 4.30pm.
The event is organised by Poole Harbour Commissioners (PHP) and takes place on the quay and at the award-winning marina, Poole Quay Boat Haven.
The show promises a large array of yachts and boats on display, and will also include a variety of marine-related businesses, family-focused entertainment and other activities.
HMS Smiter’s primary mission is to support the Oxford University Royal Naval Unit (URNU) activities and provides training to undergraduates from Oxford, Oxford Brookes and Reading Universities.
HMS Smiter will sail at approximately 6pm on Sunday, May 10.
