OPV Tarifa Sails on Another Fisheries Campaign

Spanish Navy’s OPV Tarifa is starting a new Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization campaign.

The vessel left its homeport of Cartagena yesterday, May 20, and is sailing to Newfoundland, Canada. OPV Tarifa will conduct fisheries inspection and surveillance.

Its contribution to the campaign will last for a month and a half, and the vessel is scheduled to return home on July 20.
