Two Royal Navy Vessels Visit Simon’s Town

Two Royal Navy vessels are currently at Naval Base Simon’s Town, South Africa, on an informal visit. The Royal Fleet Auxiliary Vessel RFA Gold Rover and Type 23 frigate HMS Lancaster enter the harbour on August 13 where they will conduct maintenance. The vessels will be in Simon’s Town for a period

Two Royal Navy vessels are currently at Naval Base Simon’s Town, South Africa, on an informal visit.

The Royal Fleet Auxiliary Vessel RFA Gold Rover and Type 23 frigate HMS Lancaster enter the harbour on August 13 where they will conduct maintenance.

The vessels will be in Simon’s Town for a period of one month, until September 14, and in Cape Town for a period of five days, September 23 – 28.
