Bangladesh Naval Ship “Abu Bakr” arrived at the Port of Colombo, Sri Lanka, on a goodwill visit on October 20.
The Commanding Officer of the ship, Captain Mohammad Mahmudul Malek visited the Commander Western Naval Area, Rear Admiral Jayantha De Silva at the Western Naval Command Headquarters in Colombo, where they held cordial discussions and exchanged mementos as a gesture of goodwill.
Sri Lanka Navy personnel boarded Abu Bakr on the 2nd day of the visit to Sri Lanka.
Abu Bakr will depart Sri Lanka today, October 23.
