Spanish offshore patrol vessel Vencedora has conducted a series of exercises at sea with the South-Korean warships Kang Gam Chan and Dae Cheong off Cartagena, Spain.
After a visit to Barcelona integrated into the 2015 Midshipmen cruise, the South-Korean warships sailed towards the French Atlantic coast. On their way westwards a rendezvous was organized with the OPV ‘Vencedora’ which was then engaged in a maritime surveillance operation.
The training drills included communication and replenishments at sea exercises which were most instructive for the 144 midshipmen onboard.
