Korte Company Wins Renovation Projects For U.S. Navy Engineering Command At Crane

The Korte Company, a Design-Build Construction Company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, has recently begun work on two facilities for the U.S. Navy Engineering Command in Crane, Indiana.

The complete Design-Build project includes the renovation of approximately 20,000 SF in Buildings 2036 & 2038. The renovation work includes abatement, complete interior demolition of the existing spaces, replacement of the roofing system, and construction of new office and lab spaces. The $5 million project is scheduled to be complete in the spring of 2011.
