Ireland: Naval Service Dive Team Recovers Female Body
The body of a female was recovered by a Naval Service Dive Team from the River Lee in Cork City last night.
The Naval Service deployed the team in response to a request from the Gardai.
The team arrived on scene at 11.35pm and commenced a diving operation in the River Lee in the vicinity of Parliament Bridge.
The body of a female was recovered at approximately 1.00am, her remains were brought to Cork University Hospital.
