Ice Breakers Pass Training within FSUE "Rosmorport"

The first part of FSUE “Rosmorport” ice breaker captains and senior assistants passed the training in Naval Training Centre of Admiral Makarov State Naval Academy.

Academy specialists developed a specialized training program with regard for the experience of FSUE “Rosmorport” ice breaking fleet. Training aims are: practising the exercises on normal and emergency situations during pilotage in freezing water areas of Russian ports, working out sustainable skills to make decisions and facilitate effective interaction of the command bridge team, ice operations headquarters, ice pilot and transport vessels caravan with the use of specialized ice simulator.

The objective of Anon FSUE “Rosmorport”  is to train icebreaker navigators of all the branches in the European part of Russia.
