British Warships Visit Small Fishing Harbor of Roja, Latvia

Arriving under a large grey cloud, the Ships were welcomed to the town by the Mayor and local Press.

Roja is situated on the eastern coast of Latvia and is a small fishing village with a population of 6000.

Despite the weather being typically British, this did not deter the 150 visitors keen to take a look around the P2000 and talk to the embarked URNU students.

HMS Example remains deployed in the Baltic continuing her 11 week extended Summer deployment in company with HMS Explorer, Ranger and Trumpeter.
