Polish Navy to Show Off ORP Arctowski at International Maritime Defence Show

From 3rd to 6th July, Polish Navy’s hydrographic ship ORP Arctowski will present its equipment and capabilities during 6th International Maritime Defence Show in Saint Petersburg.

Polish Navy Commander-in-Chief vice admiral (three star) Tomasz Mathea will visit Russia for the Show.

During the four-day stay in Sankt Petersburg the ship will be open to public. The crew will show the equipment and latest achievements of the ship and Polish hydrographic survey. In her past the ship discovered the wreck of Steuben liner, verified the Graf Zeppelin wreck, found the Ju-88 bomber and surveyed the sea bed along the traffic separation schemes and most used sailing routes in the Baltic.
