Under the task order, SAIC will provide engineering and systems integration services including analysis and studies, rapid prototyping, technical documentation, field engineering, rapid delivery support, and other related tasks.

The single-award, cost-plus-incentive-fee task order has a one-year period of performance, two one-year options, and a total contract value of approximately $33 million if all options are exercised. The task order was awarded under the SeaPort-e contracting vehicle, and work will be performed primarily in NSWC Crane, Ind. and Cape Canaveral, Fla.

“We are excited to continue to expand our long-standing relationship with NSWC Crane,” said Tom Watson, SAIC senior vice president and general manager of the Navy and Marine Corps Customer Group. “This contract enables us to provide highly specialized engineering and technical support services to NSWC Crane on a number of mission critical programs for the Navy.”
