Sri Lanka Navy Repatriates 46 Indian Fishermen

Sri Lanka Navy assisted the repatriation of 46 Indian fishermen on 12th June 2014.

 

The fishermen along with Indian fishing trawler in distress were handed over to the Indian Coast Guard Ship “Raj Kamal” at the International Maritime Boundary Line off Thalaimannar.

Naval patrol craft attached to the North Central Naval Command were deployed for the humanitarian mission.
