Image of the Day: USS Antietam Prepares for RAS
Sailors aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54) prepare to receive a fuel line during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204).
The operation was conducted on June 9 in the waters near Guam.
Antietam is on patrol in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
