Northrop Grumman to Participate in Global Aerospace Summit in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Northrop Grumman Corporation will participate in the inaugural Global Aerospace Summit, being held April 16-18 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The event, presented by Mubadala Aerospace, provides a forum for thought leaders from government, academia and the aerospace industry to share their perspectives and growth strategies for the future while promoting partnerships aimed at strengthening the overall global aerospace community.

“It is an honor for Northrop Grumman to be invited to participate in this inaugural Global Aerospace Summit,” said Gene Fraser, vice president, aerospace engineering, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems. “The opportunity to exchange ideas with a wide spectrum of participants will be invaluable in providing long-term capability solutions that will help enhance defense and national security across the Gulf Region.”

In November 2007, Northrop Grumman signed a memorandum of understanding with Mubadala Aerospace to collaborate on various high technology aerospace and aviation education and training programs aimed at further strengthening the Emirate’s economic development strategy.
