USA: Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit Investigates Boston Attack
The US Navy has sent its explosive ordnance disposal unit from Naval Station Newport to Boston, Massachusetts to help investigate the bombing attack, according to Politico.
On Monday April 15th , two bombs exploded in the packed streets near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, reports the stuff.co.nz
The blasts killed three and injured more than 100 people.
Pentagon reports that no other active duty military personnel had yet been sent to the scene.
