A U.S. Navy seal from the Leap Frogs parachute team died after his parachute failed to open properly during a New York Fleet Week demonstration, the navy said. The tragic incident occurred around noon on Sunday while the Leap Frogs were performing a coordinated parachute jump over the Hudson River.
