USA: Intevac Photonics Gets USD 9.59 Million ISIE4000 Contract

Intevac Photonics, Inc., Santa Clara, Calif., is being awarded a $9,596,806 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for research and development that will improve and characterize the performance of the ISIE4000 electron bombarded active pixel sensor night vision camera in support of various Navy aircraft platforms.

Work will be performed in Santa Clara, Calif., and is expected to be completed in July 2016.  This contract was competitively procured via Broad Agency Announcement, with one offer received.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
