French Ambassador Visits Philippine Navy

His Excellency Gilles Garachon, the French Ambassador to the Philippines together with Lieutenant Colonel Yann Dirou, the Non-Resident Defence Attache of France to the Philippines visited Headquarters Philippine Navy (HPN) and paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Naval Staff, Commodore Jesus C Millan last November 22, 2012.

The visit aims to discuss some matters concerning the procurement of armaments and defence cooperation between the two parties.
