Sri Lanka: Navy Arrests Indian Fishermen

Sri Lanka Navy arrested 65 Indian fishermen along with 9 Indian fishing Trawlers engaged in illegal fishing in the Northern and Eastern seas of Sri Lanka on 30^th July 2013.

Action has been taken to hand them over to the Fisheries Department Authorities in Jaffna and the Police in Trincomalee for legal action.
