Lisbon, Portugal Hosts Spanish Frigate Blas de Lezo

Spanish Navy’s frigate Blas de Lezo (F103) paid a visit to the port of Lisbon, Portugal, between 5 and 9 November.

The vessel sailed to the port after it concluded participation in the exercises TRIDENT Juncture 15.

Blas de Lezo docked at the maritime terminal of Alcantara in the port of Lisbon, where it remained until November 9, along with other ships of the SNMG-1 in which it is integrated and other naval units participating in the exercise.

TRIDENT Juncture 15, the biggest NATO exercise in recent years, included more than 230 units, more than 140 aircraft and more than 60 ships, with a total of more than 36,000 troops from the Alliance.
